Who is responsible

This site is run by Sorin, a private individual in Romania, who is responsible for the processing described on this page. Contact: wldlogic.hq@gmail.com.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It loads no advertising, social media or tracking scripts.

Server logs

When you request a page, the web server records a log entry. It contains your IP address, the address requested, the date and time, the response status, and your browser's user-agent string.

Logs are used to run and secure the site, to diagnose errors, and to count requests from search engine crawlers. They are kept for 30 days and then deleted. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Hosting and delivery

The site is a set of static files hosted on a server rented from Hetzner and delivered through Cloudflare, which acts as a proxy and processes request data to deliver the pages.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service that does not use cookies, is planned but not active. This page will be updated before it is switched on.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to personal data about you, its correction or deletion, or the restriction of its processing, and you can object to the processing. Write to wldlogic.hq@gmail.com. Because logs hold only IP addresses, details such as the time of your visit may be needed to find the entries.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Romania this is the ANSPDCP.

No personal data is sold or shared for marketing.
